I may not consciously know what I’m feeling sometimes, but the hands always know- and they don’t lie. As such unacknowledged feelings, ideas, beliefs, yada yada filter through art.
In order to paint the light, one must let go of the darkness. Known and unknown.
Unafraid.

Eager to become one with The Divine.

Part of The Flame of Trust series. Two circles interlock to create a . Mandorla means almond in Italian, it was the first fruit tree to flower in the Mediterranean and it’s symbolism is associated with new beginnings.

Emotions are energy in motion and our art, an extension of our energy field. The goal for the kiddos, besides self-expression is to engage in introspection to achieve self-discovery. Getting to know ourselves is key to navigate life and develop a positive mindset. 💗✨

Been a year since I’ve worked as a mental health clinician. I’m sad to report I don’t know where my sponge Bob is, I do know where the book is. I intend on using DR.Hawkins frequency scale along with the bovis scale to figure out the frequency of the artworks.

I might also offer emotional support sessions for kids at co-op, and at our studio. Gotta uplift our community 💗🤗
