Yesterday morning brought the most beautiful foggy sunrise. Autumn is here and it's just stunning. I love everything about this time of year...crisp mornings, chilly evenings, and having the windows open all day long.

I thought I would share a few quick pictures with you today. I've been sitting on a video garden tour reel that I actually filmed before Covered Bridge Days, but I'm so annoyed with algorithm right now.

With autumn here, the garden is ready to rest, and so are the farmers. This is officially your last week to get fresh flowers for the season. 💐

Saturday is officially our Fresh Flower Season Finale! Come see Bluebell in Roan Mountain, grab your final fresh bouquet of the season, and help us give this season the send-off it deserves. 💐

As our first freeze approaches, our fresh flower season is coming to its natural close. We love keeping things local, from our own flowers to the stems we source from partner farms. Nature gave us everything it had this year, and now it’s time to put the beds to sleep and let the soil (and the farmers) take a well-deserved rest after a busy, beautiful season. 🍂🌿

I loved making this custom vase arrangement for a friend several weeks ago. A lot of my dahlia arrangements have had major fall vibes lately, but this is a soft and pretty reminder of how delicate they can be too. It’s giving serious cottage garden energy.

Fresh flower season will be coming to an end soon... and then it’s time for a season of rest while we wait for spring 2027!

Fall colors are popping at the meadow! Choose between a warm or cool color palette this week. (I kept one of the warm fall ones for myself...it is hitting all the harvest vibes! 🧡)

🎃 Decorated Mini Pumpkins ($15):
Adorned with real dried flowers and botanicals! Choose between orange or white.

💐 Fresh Flower Bouquets ($25):
All bouquets are cut to order so they’re super fresh, straight from the garden! Wrapped in signature newsprint with a flower food packet included. Custom vase arrangements are also available. Just let me know what you need.

Saturday was such an amazing day. I'm still pinching myself! We sold so many flowers, met so many wonderful people, and the weather was absolutely perfect.

I even got to watch Brent make his very first arrangement when he so graciously stepped in while I grabbed lunch. That was definitely something I bragged about all day long! I truly couldn't do this without him.

If you missed us, Bluebell the Flower Truck will be back out on October 10th at the Fall-O-Dendron Festival in Roan Mountain. We hope to see many of you there!

Now, it’s back to work at the meadow for me...I've been busy clearing out the beds and planting next year’s spring annuals.

We're here at Covered Bridge Days and it's a beautiful day! Look for us parked in front of the C O O K I E C R A T E on Elk Ave. Lots of fresh flowers and dried floral gifts.
