Hey guys! It is still a bit humid here, and we are working not far from the hudson river, so definitely experiencing humidity from the river front. Here is day two of staging, and we are making a lot of progress, bringing in some really beautiful details, more to come

It is with the greatest sadness that I share with you that my Mom, Shirley Nilan passed at 9:38 pm this evening, June 29th, 2026. She lived a long life, was deeply loved and will be missed. Thank you to everyone that has reached out over the past week as we navigated through her final days with us.

Happy Tuesday!
No such thing as a typical day when you're a designer. This morning, I had a phone conversation with my contractor about building a temporary wall in a rental unit, then spoke to my bff real estate agent about a pending project, answered a few emails, got dressed, took an Uber to Red Hook Brooklyn, and now, getting ready to stage an enormous 1 bedroom apartment that has fab views of Downtown NYC. And its only 1 pm!
