Starts at local schools, moves down Mock & Buchanan Streets

11:30 - 1:30pm **:Dead Horse Mountain Band —Bandstand Center Stage

12:30pm Noncompetitive square-dancing starts

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: **Jackson Martin (Live music: Country/Acoustic on the Center Stage)

6:00 PM: Competitive Square Dance at the park amphitheater

We love keeping food simple. The cooking, the seasoning, all of it. You shouldn’t need 12 ingredients and a cabinet full of spices to make something that tastes good.

Sometimes, one seasoning is all you need.

Lee went to the store for ribs.

Then he saw overripe jalapeños and, naturally, thought, “Chipotle salsa.” Because who doesn’t see a pile of overripe jalapeños and immediately think that?

He smoked the jalapeños, turned them into homemade chipotles, and made this ridiculously good chipotle mango salsa. Smoky, sweet, rich, with just a hint of dark chocolate underneath it all that gives it this unexpected depth.

This is one of my favorite things about him. He sees an ingredient, gets an idea, and just runs with it.

Sometimes you go to the store for ribs.

Sometimes you come home with a whole new recipe. 😂🥭🌶️

This table has seen a lot. ❤️

Birthday cakes. Thanksgiving dinners. Christmas baking. Family gatherings. Ordinary Tuesday nights. The good days, the hard days, and everything in between.

It was Lee’s Nana’s table—a place that helped raise him, shaped his love of cooking, and holds more memories than we could ever count.

On a table that has raised us, inspired us, and gotten us through so many moments, we’re putting everything we have into something we hope becomes part of your family’s stories, too.

Because Sova has never just been about seasoning.
