🌿 From garden to table.

Tonight's harvest: Japanese mizuna. This peppery green is rich in vitamins A, C, and K and makes a wonderful addition to salads, soups, stir-fries, and tacos.

I gave it a quick sauté in coconut oil with garlic and lime before tucking it into vegetarian tacos. Simple ingredients. Fresh flavors. A moment to slow down and enjoy what nature provides.

Sometimes the most powerful rituals aren't elaborate at all. They're found in tending a garden, preparing a nourishing meal, and gathering around the table.
