Attention to all of my customers and future customers of my Designs by Trin mirror business. I am implementing a couple changes from here on out, and I will be posting these changes on my page as well.

Starting effectively, I will now require a $10 minimum deposit when you place an order. I have had many people order a mirror and then not respond back to me as far as me delivering to them, or not coming to pick up their order. This causes me to become backed up on completing other’s orders as well as waste my mother’s time whom is my source of transportation for deliveries. Anyone who does not respond back to me with their address for delivery within 24 hrs of me sending the picture of your completed order or you do not come before 9pm on the day of completion, you will lose your deposit and I will put the mirror into my inventory for sale.

I hope everyone understands and for people out there that have a business I’m sure would agree with me. Thank you everyone who is supporting me and if you have any questions, feel free to inbox me😊

Just a couple things I need to inform everyone about:

If you live in an apartment building, please advise me of that when you send me your address so I know where to look for you. I will text you when I am pulling up, so if you could be outside or making your way out to meet me, that would be helpful!

Upon ordering, you will have 24 hours after I complete your order to confirm your address for delivery or a day & time for pickup from me. If I do not hear from you either way, I will put your design in my inventory for sale to others. As your time is valuable, mine is also, so please keep that in mind when ordering.

If unforeseen circumstances arise from the time I begin designing up until delivery or pickup, whether on my end or yours, please let me know and I will do the same for you. Communicate any concerns you may have as well.
