Nutella Strawberry Banana Muffins 🍓🍌🤎 Ingredients 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 334g) 75g unsalted butter, melted 80g Greek yogurt 100g brown sugar 40g granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 170g all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Chocolate chips (as much as you want) 70g chopped strawberries Nutella Extra chocolate chips and strawberries for topping Instructions Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a muffin pan with liners. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped strawberries. Fill each muffin liner about 3/4 full. Top with extra chocolate chips and strawberry pieces if desired. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until the tops are golden and set. Let the muffins cool for 5–10 minutes. Using a small knife or piping tip, make a hole in the center of each muffin and fill with Nutella. Chocolate Tres Leches cake🤎🍫🥛✨ Ingredients Chocolate Cake: 150g all-purpose flour 20-30 unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 6 eggs, separated 240g granulated sugar 75g milk 70g neutral oil 2 tsp vanilla extract Tres Leches Soak: 300g sweetened condensed milk 250g evaporated milk 250g whole milk 100g Nutella Whipped Cream Topping: 500ml heavy whipping cream, cold 40g powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and line a 9x13-inch pan. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and fluffy. Mix in the milk, oil, and vanilla. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then sift and fold the dry ingredients into the yolk mixture. In a separate clean bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gently fold them into the batter until fully combined. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Mix the condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, and Nutella until smooth. S’mores Brownies 🤎🍫✨ Ingredients Brownie: 170g unsalted butter, melted 200g granulated sugar 100g brown sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 50–60g cocoa powder 110g all-purpose flour ½ tsp salt milk chocolate chunks or chocolate chips ( as mush as u like ) S’mores Topping 150–200g marshmallows 100g milk chocolate, chopped 3–4 digestive biscuits or graham crackers, broken into pieces Instructions Preheat your oven to 175°C and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper Whisk the melted butter with both sugars until smooth then add the eggs and vanilla and mix until combined Add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt and fold gently until there are no dry spots then mix in the chocolate chips Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until the edges are set and the center is still slightly fudgy Take it out of the oven and add the marshmallows. Ferrero Rocher Cookies 🤎🍪✨ Ingredients 1/2 cup browned butter (110g) 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (55g) 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 1 large egg 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (170g) 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) Chocolate chips (as much as u want) Nutella, frozen into tablespoon scoops Ferrero Rocher chocolates Instructions Brown the butter and let it cool slightly. Mix in the brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined. Let it cool for another minute so it doesn’t cook the egg. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until smooth and glossy. Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined (don’t overmix), then fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the dough and flatten each piece. Place a frozen Nutella scoop in the center, wrap the dough around it, and seal well. Chill the cookie dough balls for about 20–30 minutes. Bake at 350°F (180°C) until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still look slightly underbaked, about 10–13 minutes depending on size. When they come out of the oven, drizzle with Nutella and gently press a Ferrero Rocher into the center of each cookie. Let them cool on the tray for a few minutes. Crispy Chicken Alfredo Pasta 🤍 Ingredients Pasta: 300g fettuccine pasta Salt, for boiling water Crispy Chicken: 2 chicken breasts (about 400–500g), sliced or pounded thinner Salt & black pepper, to taste 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder Breading: 120g all-purpose flour 2 eggs + 2 tbsp milk 120–150g panko breadcrumbs Oil, for frying Alfredo Sauce: 4 tbsp unsalted butter (60g) 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (360g) 1/2 cup whole milk (120g) 60g cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese (120g) 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp paprika 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Salt, to taste 1/2–1 cup reserved pasta water Extra: Fresh parsley, chopped Extra parmesan cheese Instructions Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until cooked. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken in flour, dip it into the egg wash, then press it into the panko breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until deep golden, crispy, and fully cooked. Place on a wire rack or paper towel and let it rest before slicing. For the Alfredo sauce, melt the butter over low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in the cream cheese until smooth, then slowly add the parmesan until melted and silky.
