Being a Business Owner requires diligent effort, but I remain committed to persevering. What some individuals find straightforward can be remarkably intricate. I have finally managed to simplify my menu to the best of my abilities. My challenge lies in the fact that I do not enjoy cooking the same dishes repeatedly. As a Creative Chef, I thrive in the kitchen, experimenting with novel ingredients and techniques, much like a food scientist. This is my area of expertise, my passion, and what sets me apart💜

I am building something that I am Proud of...I know my Angels are Proud too...I don't have a lot of money...I dont have that much Support...its hard doing this basically Alone...all the ones who was My Foundation are GONE....but I have a Dream and I'M full of Determination...6 years in and Im the Win🙌🏾I CANT STOP....AND I WONT STOP TIL THAT CASKET DROP‼️

I know my Dreams and GoaIs are not the same as everyone else but I've learned because their struggles AREN'T EITHER💪🏾I began this Journey with a X on my back...at one point...The Doctors said I wouldn't live to be 35....and I'm 46...They said I wouldn't have No children...I had a Beautiful Daughter...and Im on this Path in life...the one Im traveling Now is For ME...I want to accomplish everything they said I couldn't Or I wouldn't...That's Who I am...That's JAN.....My Momma called me Jammin' J....cause there was nothing I wouldn't try to do...Its all on you...Its Written💫✨️I owe my Existence to the Most High...That's why I live in my Truth💜
