This Labor Day Weekend, we’re bringing you an estate sale at the beautiful 2.5-acre home of Clare Taylor, known around town as the “Pony Lady” and owner of It’s a Party. For years, Clare has built a life around family, animals, and the business of bringing people together. As she begins a new chapter in Florida with her sons, the contents of the Taylor Estate are being opened for discovery.

The estate sits alongside a working farm filled with horses, pigs, sheep, goats, and chickens, all of which customers can visit while they shop. Inside, we’ve uncovered the largest Tiffany & Co. collection we’ve ever encountered, made all the more special by a family connection to the company. The Taylor Estate also boasts beautiful sterling silver items, crystal and glassware, jewelry, clothing, furniture, home décor, collectibles, and all the useful things that make a house a home.

In addition, the Taylor Estate holds an incredible assortment of video games and consoles, Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, Halloween costumes, and an especially great DJ’s turntable and speaker setup. The garage is packed with tools, bicycles, and equipment, along with horse tack and other barn contents brought in from the farm.

From fine jewelry to farm equipment, vintage treasures to everyday necessities, this is an estate sale with an unusually wide range of things to explore.
