My client found this small breakfast table at an antique store. She used it for several years and decided she didn’t love the white.

She opted to have me strip it and finish it with a natural wood gel stain and brown wax.

Remember the Runner Up in my 2025 Project of the Year contest? It was a gorgeous china cabinet.

And this is the final piece in the same dining set that previously belonged to my client’s mom.

This received the same treatment as all the other pieces—it was painted, then stained with a water-based gel stain and sealed.
