Experienced Sales Representative — Commission-Based Opportunity

Surmount Window Film is seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to help expand our commercial and residential window film business throughout NYC and Long Island.

We are looking for a professional who is confident in business development, prospecting, relationship building, and closing sales. This is an ideal opportunity for an established salesperson who is comfortable generating their own opportunities and building a strong pipeline of new business.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential. Your success will be directly connected to your ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and secure new projects.

The role will involve:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Prospecting commercial and residential clients
Building relationships with property owners, property managers, contractors, and other decision-makers
Conducting outreach through phone, email, networking, and in-person prospecting
Scheduling appointments and presenting our window film solutions
Following up with prospects and managing the sales process
Closing new projects and developing long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

Proven sales or business development experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
A professional and confident approach
The ability to independently generate leads and opportunities
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
A results-oriented mindset
Existing relationships within construction, real estate, property management, commercial services, or related industries are a plus
