Well me & my friend took over this jof after this crew tried it with a 110 unit, A 110 isn't made for flooring like this condition, if the crew was professional they would have known this so the contractor gave me a call from Danville and ask if I could handle it. And as you can see we handle it. Another words we bailed the contract out💯
Sanding & refinishing starts $3.00 an goes up depending on condition of the floor
All water base floors starts at $4 00

Well Monday I was called to this job, We finished today Frank shumate said we did an ai floor repairs due to all the dog scratches in the floor as you can see in some of the pictures I took Her was so impressed about the work he ordered another box to fix the foyer area that is also really bad with dog scratches.

Well I'm finally finishing up on a house in graham it wasn't a easy job. Because all the changes that went in to finishing the job. But that one back bedroom, I knew after the glue came off I was going to be in trouble, some pet stains an edger marks like you wouldn't believe.
But as you see I just took my time and everything came together, but having patience with this job was a must. 😁

Well this job for Mrs Tate has really been a bear of a job. But the real working won't start till Tuesday morning. That when will work on that glue I believe the contrast that the glue is leaving on the wood will match beautifully with the stain she's using Jacob bean.
