Guilt free cheeze-itz— 8g of protein in 12 crackers ZERO CARBS!

Two tips to make these crackers #1 you need to get the ⭐️⭐️⭐️Sargento ultra thin cheese very important!! You can attempt to make these with grated cheese or deli cheese but every time someone does this, they message me that they are rubbery, They don’t get crisp, They always have issues!
I’ve made these 100 times over the last 8 years— get yourself the Sargento ultra thin this works the best, cut each slice into 4 Pieces, Place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake them SLOWLY at 220°
This batch took me about 50 minutes. You have to watch them -every oven time varies.
Some I’ve left in there as much as an hour and a half you must watch them until they’re crispy and then when you bring them out of the oven and they set they continue to get crispy. I store them in a Ziploc baggie with a piece of paper towel in there and the paper towel will absorb any of the excess grease!
These were a staple my first year! Great alternative to carb filled crackers!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins (low carb)

I made 6 large muffins- this recipe would easily make 12 regular size cupcakes.
I was very hesitant as to see how these would turn out, when I made the batter.It was very, very thick, but they came out perfect, moist springy.
I will definitely be making these again!

1 cup almond flour (i like the purple nut flour from Walmart- i have baked with many different brands.And this one works the best for me)
1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (or sweetener of your choise)
1/4 teas salt
1 teas Baking Powder
1 teas cinnamon (or pumpkin spice)
1/2 cup Pumpkin
3 eggs
4 Tbls softened butter
1/2 teas vanilla
1/2 cup plain Greek yogert or unsweetened applesauce

Cream cheese filling:
Soften 1 brick of cream cheese
Mix in a dash of salt
1 teas vanilla
1 egg
Beat well to incorporate all the lumps

I mean, six very large muffins, but this would make twelve regular size...
Take half of your pumpkin batter divide that into your twelve lined cupcake tins, use a spoonMake a little indent into each one.Put one tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each one.Then, pour a little bit more of your pumpkin batter on top

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 12-15 minutes.

My larger ones took about 23 minutes.

Thesd came out wonderful! Super moist!

Here's an amazing treat EVERY WLS pt should have...

BARIATRIC Creme Brule💙
Take 1 Premiere shake I like vanilla or caramel💙
2 eggs
1/3 cup sf skinny syrup or Torani
Beat for 30 seconds with be**er
Boil water and make a water bath in a 9×13 dish... (fill the dish with the boiling water 1/2 way) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Place 4 ramekins into the water bath
Pour your mixture into the 4 dishes
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Take out and sprinkle each with some cinamon and splenda...
Let Cool 30 minutes and enjoy...
I like them warm! My family perfer them chilled!

Blueberry Cheese Danish Clouds
Pancakes light, airy, fluffy! You can eat the entire pan and not have that heavy traditional pancake feeling!

For the cloud bread-
2 eggs separated - whites from yolks
(Be careful not to get any yolks in the whites on this one… it will affect the outcome)
Mix 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter with 2 egg whites and beat until stiff about 3 minutes minimum!(When you think your done beat for 1 more minute)

Then beat your 2 yolks with 1 oz. Cream cheese and 1 teaspoon splenda or whatever sweetener you prefer…
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the white mixture…
Make 4 clouds on a sprayed parchment paper lined sheet— pop into a 350 degree pre heated oven—

If you choose, you could make the clouds just like that or at this point take 3/4 of a cup of whipped cream cheese, whip that up with one egg and a 1/2 teaspoon of extract— I used almond today… and 2 Tbls. of Swerve or whatever sweetener you choose… beat it up until it’s combined… pull your cloud breads out of the oven after 3 minutes, Make a little well with a spoon and put some of your cream cheese mixture into each cloud. About a tablespoon… Today I sprinkled some frozen blueberries onto the cloud breads making a bkueverry cheese danish. Bake for about 12 more minutes at 350… Each of our ovens very so keep an eye on them. Check them after each five minutes.
These are sooooooooo good!! And pretty much all egg!!

SPAGETTI SQUASH ALERT!!

It's Spagetti Squash season...

I am seeing these babies pop up all over for under $1 dollar a pound-- last week.I saw them for fifty cents a pound at a local grocery store.This is such a super pasta alternative and with prices, so low now is the time to give it a shot!
IF you have never tried it, because you're intimidated by it, And not quite sure what to do with it, grab yourself one, my friends and let me show you how to prepare it!

WHEN YOU BRING IT HOME, #1 PEEL OFF THOSE LITTLE STICKERS. YOU DON'T WANT TO BAKE THOSE IN THE OVEN!
Then, take the tip of a sharp knife pierce the skin several times all around your squash.Throw it in the microwave for about three minutes.This will enable you to cut it Easier, you need to get it cut in half, i usually cut it long wise.This just makes it easier for me to pull the strands out.If you prefer shorter spaghetti strands, you can cut it straight across the middle... core out the little bit of seeds in there...
Use a spoon Just gently core out the loose seeds.Throw them in the trash... Next... Drizzle, both sides with a little bit of olive oil, then sprinkle about a teaspoon of cracked sea salt, cracked, black pepper.The kind you have in your shaker will work just fine on both sides, sprinkle it Well, place those cut sides down on a baking.Sheet, add about a half a cup of water and place the tray into a preheated, three hundred and seventy five degree oven.The water will create steam as you're baking them.
Bake them for about thirty five minutes.
When you bring them on your stovetop, you will know if they are done, you have to press a little bit hard, but your skin will have a little give to it.You can almost put a little indent in the skin.
Bring them out of your oven.Place them on the stovetop, flip them over and just let them sit and cool.Sometimes I'll let them there all afternoon till they're cold enough that I can handle them.Easily with my hands...
Once you can pick them up, take a fork.And drag your fork tongs along the inside, it's gonna pull shreds down that resemble spaghetti.Strands pull all of these out into a bowl.I like to add a little drizzled butter on mine.I personally can eat it just like that with a little butter and a little parmesan cheese.I think they are amazing.But I will follow with some recipes to get some proteins and sauces.Added in there, this is such a super yummy pasta alternative.Give it a shot.I think you'll fall in love with it as much as I have over the years!!

So many ways that you can enjoy this. Once you have your spaghetti Squash, cleaned and ready to go.
1. You could top it with a meat sauce.
2. Top it with an Alfredo sauce.
3. Top it with some Shrimp Scampi.
4. Just top it with some parmesan cheese and some butter and use it as a side next to your beautiful steak or baked chicken. The possibilities are endless with this
5.Thhrow a little milk and some cheese in with it.Bake it in the oven and make an augratin with it...

Chocolate mug cake Bari Style💙
2Tablespoons Almond Flour (I like the nut flour from Walmart - purple bag)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
1/4 teas. P**f powder (aka baking powder)
1 Tablespoon of sweetener of your choise— normally I use Splenda today I used chocolate salted caramel pretzel skinny syrup 💙💙
2 Tbls of milk- I used vanilla premiere shake
1 teaspoon peanut butter (I mix pb2 with water and make my peanut butter)
1 teas. Melted butter or oil or so spplesauce
I throw in 6-7 lilys sf chips
Put into sprayed mug and sprinkle a few more chips
Microwave for 1 minute…
Let cool a minute and enjoy! Give it a minute so you dont burn your mouth!!!

90 second Lo-carb bread...
1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter
3 tablespoons almond flour (use the purple bag nut almond flour) from Walmart
1/2 teas. Bak. Powder
1 egg
Mix well and microwave for 90 seconds💙💙
1 makes a perfect Grilled cheese for lunch💙💙 (let it cool slice down the center and make your grilled cheese)

Cloud bread or
One of my fav. All protein breakfasts!💙💙
Cloud bread pancakes...
You just use 2 eggs...
Separate yolks from whites...
Add a 1/4 tea. Cream of tarter to the whites... beat to stiff peaks!
Then beat the yolks with the 1oz cream cheese to smooth... fold together... bake on parchment paper OR THE PAMPERED CHEF SILICONE MATT at 350 for 15 minutes!💙💙
Top with blueberries or lilys s/f chocolate chips before baking... 💙💙

Sweet baby peppers and French onion cream cheese!

These super sweet little baby peppers are just amazing.And so convenient, you can cut one open, fill the two halves, and it's the perfect snack for those watching that carb content! I have sprinkled some everything, but the bagel seasoning on it as well.But I prefer them just plain with the cream cheese.Either the french onion or just plain?So yummy guys! I have also taken my ham, chopped it up into tiny pieces, chopped up my peppers and mixed that all together and fill the peppers with that mixture.It is super yummy!

2 INGREDIENT Bari Brownies

Ive made the chocolate version, a peanut butter version and this week a pumpkin brownie version!

(EVERY SUPERBOWL PARTY needs brownies! Make them guilt free)

Let’s do it BARIATRIC STYLE!

2 INGREDIENT BROWNIES

NO OIL, NO EGG, NO FLOUR! THESE ARE SUPER FUDGY!

ALTHOUGH you use pumpkin... (you do not taste the pumpkin)
Only using pumpkin puree and Lily's chips...
For the pumpkin version add a teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice!

HMMMM🤔🤔🤔 I was skeptical but they definatly ROCK!

You melt 2 cups of SF Lily's chips in the microwave this took me about 2 minutes I did it in 30 second intervals and I kept stirring...
Then you mix in one cup of pumpkin puree you mix that all together real well, line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper and then pour your batter into that and bake it for 35-45 minutes at 350...

Only those two ingredients...
I was skeptical, but extremely surprised!!
To me they are very fudgy — it's not 100% a brownie consistency— it's a very fudgy brownie! I'm going to play with this recipe and I'm going to try adding one egg and maybe a half a teaspoon of baking powder (p**f powder) but these really are pretty great!! If you’re looking for the chocolate fix!

EGGROLL IN A BOWL

You can make this fancy or very plain— use whatever ground meats you perfer- I’ve done it with ground meats, cubed ham steaks, Rotisere chicken!

You can make it basic with only a bag of coleslaw mix or make it super fancy with and extra veggies you love! I love making it with asparagus and mushrooms!! 💙

I usually follow the same recipe and it’s good, but last night i just went with what i was feeling!!! OH MY GOODNESS-- Ive been using this sweet soy sauce i purchased at walmart and it’s soooooo good... the original is soooo salty! I’ve also used liqued aminos in place of soy— they all work great!

I started with 1/2 lb of ground turkey (i get the 98% one) and i also used 1/2 lb. of ground pork...
I sauted these in a little olive oil with some GOYA Adobo (adobo is a salt, pepper, garlic all purpose seasoning) ) until they were almost cooked through... then i added a half of a chopped vadalia onion... cooked for a few more minutes... then i added 1/2 package chopped mushrooms and a half a bunch of asparagus... i sauted this for about 2 more minutes, then i added the bag of coleslaw mix on top... i mixed it around, put my top on and let it cook for about 3 minutes... stirred this around then added about 1/4 cup of my sweet soy sauce and about 15 drops of sesame oil... stired this around, and let cook for about 3-4 minutes more--- taste it here and if you like more sauce or sesame add it here!
Be very cautious with the sesame oil— it can overpower your fish quickly— better to have to add more than taste it and it’s too much …
Top with some chopped green onion and ENJOY!!! This was by far the best EGGROLL IN A BOWL i have ever made... (and i have made it alot over the last 7 years)

Apple Syrup/Sauce/Compote

In the fall I always have a jar of this in my fridge! I use it for topping Devotion Protein Pancakes, I mix it into my Vanilla Creami Protein Icecream, top my cottage cheese or greek yogert with it!

Everyone's going pumpkin spice crazy and I'm thinking bring on the hoodies and apple pie! 🍎

It's apple season here in Pa! Grab your favorite- today I used gala- it normally buy granny Smith (i love the tartness)

For 1 medium mason jar I use about 5 apples, core and peel them and chop into 1/4 inch pieces.
I start with about 3/4 cup of my favorite skinny syrup... when I do the apples, I usually do something cinnamon based, today I did salted caramel!
Dash of salt
Add 1 Tbls of Cinnamon
Saute for about 10 minutes on medium.
I taste them as they cook- you may want a stronger cinnamon flavor- add more!
I let these cool and place in my mason jar in the fridge!

Thinking about what to make today!

Beef Stroganoff — using cabbage as the noodle replacement!

A favorite in my house is beef straganoff... this is a great switch out- still the same flavor profile💙💙

I COOKED 1 LB OF 80/20 GROUND BEEF AND DRAINED IT... set aside
I'm going to slice a 1/2 a cabbage into about half Inch shreds to "mock" pasta... going to blanch it for about 5 min... I'm going to drain it well... then pour 1 can of condensed beef consume on it in a bowl... (only because that's how I normally make my regular one... but with pasta)
In a saute pan I'm sautéing half a vadalia onion, 1 small box of sliced mushrooms, garlic and parsley... and of course BUTTER!

Then I'm going to mix all this together with 1 can of cream of mushrooms soup, and 1 1/2 cups of sour cream or plain Greek yogert... (your choise) add a good sq**rt of yellow mustard... combine well...
Bake in a casserole dish for 30 min. At 350... and enjoy💙💙
