Quote of the Day:
Pray for wisdom, knowledge, and discernment like King Solomon.

Read Proverbs 16:16, How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver...

These passages highlight that gaining wisdom and understanding is far more valuable than accumulating gold or silver. Wisdom guides a person to live a righteous and secure life. The verses emphasize that avoiding evil and guarding one’s actions safeguards one’s life, leading to stability and peace. The message argues that spiritual wisdom and understanding hold greater value than material wealth. While money can provide comfort, it cannot purchase peace, joy, or protection against destruction. Wisdom teaches individuals how to live correctly and manage their resources, whereas the pursuit of wealth can lead to folly and ruin. The text encourages prioritizing spiritual growth over financial gain.

The "upright" walk on an elevated "highway" of righteousness, which represents a deliberate, visible, and secure path (often referred to as a "highway of holiness" or "way of the upright"). A righteous life is marked by actively avoiding evil and turning away from destructive behaviors. By carefully monitoring their actions, behaviors, and choices, wise individuals protect their own safety and secure their futures, both physically and spiritually. God values wisdom, understanding, and righteousness more than material wealth. Moral integrity and the avoidance of sin are practical ways to ensure safety and longevity. These verses contrast the "way of the upright" (the wise) against the path of folly (the fools), emphasizing that the righteous path is one of safety.

I pray you all have a Blessed day.
Remember, Jesus loves you, and so do I.

Quote of the Day:
There are three possible answers to prayer: YES, NO, WAIT!!

Read Luke 11:9-10, verse 9, And I say unto you, ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you...

Jesus encourages us to approach God in prayer with boldness, persistence, and childlike confidence. This emphasizes that God is a loving Father who delights in answering the needs of His children. This passage is known for three distinct actions: (1) Ask: Present your requests and needs to God. (2) Seek: Take active steps and put effort into pursuing God's will and direction. (3) Knock: Be persistent and don't give up, even if the answer doesn't come immediately (remember, we are on God's time).

In the original Greek language, the verbs for "ask," "seek," and "knock" imply continuous action. It literally translates to "keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking." Prayer is meant to be an ongoing, passionate conversation, rather than just a one-time request.

Before these verses, Jesus taught the disciples "The Lord's Prayer." He follows it up by explaining that if imperfect human parents know how to give good gifts to their children, God, the Perfect Heavenly Father, will certainly answer the prayers of those who come to Him. This is not a "magic formula" that forces God to give you exactly what you want; rather, it assures believers that their prayers are heard and that God will respond in the best way, whether that is a "yes," "no," "wait," or an entirely better alternative.

I pray you all have a Blessed day.

Quote of the Day:
Keep drawing on the grace of God, then there will be the power of the proclaimed testimony!

Read 2 Timothy 4:2, Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine...

It was essential for Timothy to preach the gospel so that the Christian faith could be spread throughout the world. We believe in Christ today because people like Timothy were faithful to their mission. It remains vitally important for believers to share the gospel. Half the people who have ever lived are alive today, and most of them do not know Christ. He is coming soon, and He wants to find His faithful believers ready for Him.

Although it may be inconvenient to take a stand for Christ or to share His love with others, preaching the word of God is the most important responsibility given to the church and its members. We must be prepared, courageous, and sensitive to God-given opportunities to share the Good News. Being "ready in season and out of season" means always being willing to serve God in any situation, regardless of convenience.

It is important to be aware of the opportunities God provides. Paul instructed Timothy to "correct, rebuke, and encourage." Accepting correction can be challenging, as it often requires us to change, but we must be willing to listen to the truth, no matter how painful it may be. This willingness enables us to obey God more fully.

I pray you all have a Blessed day.

Quote of the Day:
If you understand God's word, you will discover the truth.

Read John 7:16-18, specifically verse 17: If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it is of God or whether I speak of myself...

In this passage, Jesus defends the divine authority of His teachings by explaining that His message comes from God the Father, not from human intellect. He offers a practical test: anyone who is genuinely committed to doing God's will can verify that His words are the absolute truth. Those who seek to know and do God's will understand intuitively that Jesus was truthful about Himself.

Have you ever listened to religious speakers and wondered if they were telling the truth? You can evaluate their messages using these criteria: (1) Their words should align with the Bible and not contradict it. (2) Their messages should point to God and His will, rather than focusing on themselves. Jesus said, "My teaching is not my own; it comes from the one who sent me."

To gain wisdom, knowledge, and discernment, it is essential to study the Bible rather than just read it. This approach will help you understand the truth more deeply. Don't simply accept what others claim to be true; take the time to research and verify it in the Word of God.

I pray you all have a Blessed day.
Remember, Jesus loves you, and so do I
