For the Cheese Filling:

1 cup (200 g) cream cheese, softened 🧀
1/2 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/4 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional) 🌿
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 🌶️
For the Egg Wash:
