The easiest little Halloween decor idea 👻 and my kids are OBSESSED.

I added these tiny paper silhouette ghosts inside the shades of our kitchen pendant lights and I cannot get over how cute they look when the lights are on. It’s such a simple way to add a little spooky Halloween charm without buying a ton of new decor.

October thrift finds are officially off to a very good start 🎃🧡

I found this retro little pumpkin mug for $2.99 and immediately knew it was coming home with me. It’s giving vintage Halloween in the best possible way and I’m completely obsessed.

And this was just the beginning… I found some REALLY good stuff this week 👀

Apparently the hardest part of cutting Glenda down to size… was convincing myself to actually do it. 😂

If you’ve been following along, you know my beautiful vintage cabinet was just a little too wide for the laundry room — which meant I had to do something I’ve never done before: take a saw to an actual piece of furniture. 😳

Was I nervous? VERY.
Did I completely overthink it? Absolutely.
Was it actually that hard? Nope. 😂

And I already know there will be a few men in the comments wondering why I made such a big deal about this… but I don’t even care because I’m ridiculously proud of myself for doing it anyway. 🙌

Sometimes the project isn’t the hard part — it’s getting out of your own head long enough to try.

Glenda officially fits… and now we move on to the next chapter: getting her installed in the laundry room. 👀
