This is my sewing nook. I’m not sure that anyone has even noticed my absence but it’s going to be a tad bit longer than what I anticipated. A ton has happened in a short amount of time. Some were health related but this delay is due to a move that we were searching for just didn’t expect this quickly. All good things. All good things.

Technically, I’m still on my Christmas/health break. But while I was scrolling FB the other day this “how to” for the cutest quilted duffle bag showed up in my reels. Well… I just knew someone’s little lady (or even grown lady) needed one for Christmas. I have this one done and ready. I have the fabric cut and ready to be sewn together for two more. (A pink floral and a patchwork). Private message me to claim. $30. Will ship for half the shipping cost.

The last month and a half has been a bit rough to say the least. I had planned a break so that I could focus on health and Christmas projects for my family. I wanted to rightly focus on Jesus.

But His plans were a bit different. Weeks of feeling yucky, ER visits, unplanned surgery, recovery (or so I thought), another ER visit, an ERCP with 2 stents put in, then 5 days in the hospital. There is another ERCP planned for the first week of December to remove the stents.

😱🙏🙏🙏 Praying for some peace and rest. Not just for myself but for everyone. So much going on in the world. The Lord sits firmly on His throne. He is always faithful.

I was able to make one of my planned gifts for one of my grands. I hope she loves it😍.

Not much sewing going on here this past week. I have spent more time in my bed than in my sewing nook. Nevertheless I finally finished this order. I’m in love 🥰. Like always. Thank you for your order!!

Just in case…just in the off chance you were thinking of NAHcoff for someone on your Christmas list, November 10th is the last day that I will take an order for Christmas.
