Hazel J. Eisenmann was the artist of this handpainted porcelain plate. I picked it up locally. I just thought the painting was so sweet, pretty much how I imagine Hazel was.

Mishicot - Hazel J. Eisenmann, age 97, longtime resident of Mishicot, went home to her Lord and Savior Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
Hazel was born in Mishicot on May 14, 1924 to Edward and Josephine (Eslinger) P**a. She was baptized at home, and confirmed at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mishicot on October 31, 1937. She graduated from Mishicot High School in 1941, the Manitowoc County Teachers College in 1943, and earned her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1953. She then furthered her education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she earned her Masters of Science Degree in Supervision & Administration in 1958. She completed graduate work at the University of Minnesota and the College of Arts in Oakland, California. Hazel was united in marriage to Frederick Eisenmann on June 1, 1946. He preceded her in death July 31st, 2014. Hazel taught school for many years in Mishicot and the outlying area; she also served as Elementary Teacher & Administrator in Mishicot for 43 years.
In her retirement, she became a Porcelain Artist and for 25 years (1985-2010) shared her experiences with lectures given to Ladies Groups throughout Wisconsin. She was a faithful, lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Mishicot.
