Small business is hard. Summer is typically slower for us but I heard from so many restaurants and other small businesses eases that are just dying….
…but then I remember why I do what I do. I want to serve the community and today turned into one of those days.

Spencer has come in a few times to talk to me and he wanted to learn to bake chocolate chip cookies. So he brought his companion and we baked together. He loved it and boy did it renew my soul.

We need each other. Thank you for supporting my small business.❤️

Delivering some dental inspired cookies today and it has brought me down memory lane!

I was a dental hygienist for 25 years before I opened Joy of Sprinkles and loved that job! It served our family well as our 5 kids were growing up.

But same with any job….good days and rough days. This picture of me was the “get up” we had to wear once our office opened back up in the Spring of 2020. Seems so long ago but the memory comes flooding back of how cumbersome this time was…so many unknowns and so many precautions.

But for today some dental offices will be eating cookies and that is always a good thing!🍪🍪🍪
