This Master Bath "jewel box" is full of beautiful finishes and helpful storage. As you can see, by taking out the whirlpool tub, which was rarely used, we allowed room for a wonderful walk in shower and make-up vanity area. Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, porcelain wood-look tile on the floor, and beautiful lighting have worked together to create a special space for the homeowner.

We recently completed this beautiful bathroom renovation for a Grand Rapids area client. We removed a small linen closet to expand the shower to the full width of the bathroom as shown in the first photo. And we were able to add a double sink vanity instead of a single sink by expanding into an adjacent closet. An "in process" photo of the closet and the new shelves are shown. Lastly, a couple of "before" photos. This master bath will enhance the lives of these homeowners for years to come!

This very fun project from several months ago included a major renovation of the main floor bath and kitchen. This older home has a Michigan basement that wasn't fun to use so moving the washer and dryer up to the kitchen was key. Removing the upper wall dividing the dining room and the kitchen opened up the area and allowed a snack bar. Expanding the kitchen cabinet layout into what was an eat-in area allowed for more storage and the sink to move under the window.

Give Me Some Storage, Please!

This client came to me with a need for more organization, general storage, as well as display space for a collection of antique dishes.

Their kitchen had several issues including a refrigerator that was so oversized, it precluded opening an adjacent door, as well as a sink only 6" deep! The layout was also not a good use of available space.

After considering adding on to the home, which would have been much more expensive, we realized if we reduced the slider to a french door, it would allow for a better layout that would give them the storage they needed.

Also, bringing the cabinets to the ceiling gave them the beautiful display areas they were looking for.
