But my daughter... she was the spark. By age four she was creating her own spice blends - including Sweet Tang BBQ and her signature blend, Seven Seas - instinctively knowing what worked together. Did you know when you buy yeast, by the pound, it comes in a brick that is hard as a rock?

This is 1 pound. Yeast is soft...so why is this? When you buy packets they are not hard.

Well, yes. It's the compression of receiving fresh vacuum sealed yeast. It's so compressed it had made the structure dense.

Once you cut it open, it's instantly released and soft again.

This is so dear to me. What the Lord has used this as. It surely brightens my day to see our customers enjoying our "treasures" and when they leave video messages...we just melt! We see the reciprocal effect and that makes this so so much sweeter.

Our big German shepherd adores her! She is truly the only one he has looked forward to seeing. I told her to toss him pinecones and he would be her bestie a long while back. He asked me for approval and the rest is history! He is so so happy when she stops and tosses a pinecone for him.

Today. There were NO MORE PINECONES! 😪 The yard was recently cleaned up, none to be found.

When I offered her a cookie from the stand...I suggested she grab a dog cookie too for him.

That clinking of the cookie Jar is music to his ears. He could not believe it. A COOKIE! FROM HIS FAVORITE LADY! Oh how I adore their friendship. Thank you for the special bond you two have formed!

Thank you so much! These wonderful folks are visiting from Europe! Out on their walk and heard about our stand. We were so honored to have met them! Thank you! Their cookie choice was Apple Carrot Beef Stew for Ollie, their sons poodle.
