Knocked this one out in just a few days this week
Great Bend KS
Did something very different to this floor goal was to keep the floor a more natural raw wood look. Did 2 coats of a water base sealer with a very small about of white pigment then 2 coats of a 2 part finish over the top.
Done away with the old drop in vents and cut in flush mounted vents 7 of them in one room 😳
Mission accomplished!!!!

Nice to have this commercial job done. Gray photography studio art center St John KS. This job was a combination of sanding and refinishing of yellow pine and oak as well as installing oak floors in a couple rooms that will be used as living space . We sanded off 275 gallons 250 pounds of sawdust. Thanks Carol Long with Gray Studios and Ryan Russell with Stafford County Economic Development
