People often ask me how I like selling people homes. Well, I don't believe that I sell anything! I work very hard to earn trust and build a relationship where people feel safe making the decisions necessary for one of the biggest purchases in their lives. I don't see quotas - I see families. I don't focus on profits - I focus on the dream of home ownership! I believe in the quality and investment in our homes. If you are considering a new home, I'd love to talk to you! If you know of someone considering a new home, I have a great referral program! Give me a call and let's design your dream!

Give me a call and let me help you realize the dream of homeownership!!

The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has passed the Senate, and it includes several important changes for MHISC members, including removing the permanent chassis requirement, expanding modular housing production, and modernizing manufactured housing loan financing. We appreciate SC Sen. Tim Scott’s championing this landmark piece of legislation. Next stop: US House of Representatives!
