First recipe for everyone to try !
1 cup of cottage cheese blended until smooth
1 cup of self rising flour
1 egg
Roll into ball . This was enough for 3 bagels . Dip in egg wash , put everything bagel season on it and into the air fryer on 375 for 15 min . I will never buy bagels again !
