What a beautiful day and the start of my birthday month!!
So I tried to start a 3 day fast yesterday and made it until 4 before I thought my body might be failing and had to shove something in my mouth to survive so I’m trying again today. 😂

I blame it on my messed up sleep from traveling and the fact that I’m waking up so flippen early. Not from the lack of croissants.

And for those following my ever so slow weight loss I haven’t gained anything from all those delicious European foods. Still hovering around that 47lb mark. And you know what? I’m not mad about it. I went through the holidays and a wonderful vacay and didn’t restrict myself. But keeping up with the weights to have my main focus of getting stronger. Didn’t do this during vacay but walked a lot so I did my first floor weight workout yesterday and it felt good.

Anywho, a repeat start of fasting day 1? 😆
