Our clients say it best — in fact, Tim is a repeat client:

“Justin and Elizabeth were fantastic to work with for our double bathroom renovation. They were helpful with ideas and upfront about timing and cost. The work was top notch, and they have addressed every minor issue that has come up. And every day they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived! We will not hesitate to call them for projects in the future.”

A successful renovation is about more than the finished space. It’s about the experience from start to finish.

Great design doesn’t mean every room needs to look the same.

Instead, thoughtful details can create subtle connections throughout a home — through color, materials, finishes and repeated elements.

This is one example of how individual spaces can have their own personality, while still feeling like part of one cohesive home. It’s all about creating a natural flow from room to room.

What was once an underutilized formal dining room is now a warm and inviting home office.

As part of the Lincoln renovation, we moved a wall to expand the kitchen and repurposed the dining room into a dedicated workspace.

Wainscoting, two custom built-in cabinets with exposed hinges and a new closet add function and character, while color-drenching the room creates a rich, cohesive atmosphere.

We love how details like the fluted glass and brass light fixture, Rejuvenation hardware and refinished radiator cover give the space personality, while respecting the character of the home.

Good design isn’t always about adding more space. Sometimes it’s about making better use of the space you already have.

Sometimes the best way to create a new space is to rethink the space you already have.

For the Lincoln project, we moved a wall to expand the kitchen and transformed an underutilized formal dining room into a beautiful, functional home office.

The new office features custom built-in cabinetry with exposed hinges, a new closet and wainscoting throughout.

We also color-drenched the room to create a warm, cohesive feel.

A fluted glass light fixture with brass trim adds another layer of character, while the refinished radiator cover preserves an existing architectural detail.

It’s a great example of how thoughtful planning can make a home work better for the way a family lives.

A small room doesn’t mean small design.

The Lincoln half bath layers beautiful materials and custom details into a compact space.

The floating walnut vanity was stained to match the kitchen island, while Calcutta Verde marble and radiant heat bring both character and comfort.

A custom decorative back and side splash, Visual Comfort sconces and Venetian plaster walls complete the space with texture and movement.

Every element has a purpose — and that’s what makes the room feel special.

Small spaces can make a big statement.

The Lincoln half bath combines a custom walnut floating vanity, Calcutta Verde marble flooring and beautifully detailed millwork.

The walnut stain matches the kitchen island, creating a subtle connection between the two rooms.

Radiant heat adds comfort underfoot, while Visual Comfort sconces and Rejuvenation hardware and wall mount faucet complete the space.

And the Venetian plaster walls add texture and movement without making the room feel busy.

Even the smallest spaces deserve thoughtful design.

A great mudroom needs plenty of storage and even better if that storage is just as beautiful as it is functional.

The Lincoln mudroom was redesigned around the needs of a busy family.

Relocating the entrance and removing the window allowed us to create a much more practical layout.

Custom cabinetry, exposed brass hinges, Thibaut wallpaper and a custom bench cushion bring personality to this hardworking space.

The result? A mudroom that works beautifully and feels like an intentional part of the home.

A mudroom should work hard for a busy family.

For the Lincoln project, we completely rethought the layout.

We removed the window and relocated the entrance to create better flow and make room for a fully functioning mudroom.

Custom cabinetry provides storage, while exposed brass hinges, wallpaper and a custom bench cushion add personality and warmth.

Good design doesn’t just look beautiful. It makes everyday life easier.

A dining nook is where family gathers.

And for the Lincoln project, we wanted this space to feel bright, comfortable and connected to the rooms around it.

Refinishing the windows, new trim and a fresh coat of paint made such an incredible impact.

The custom Roman shades in Barbara Barry’s Merida-Agave fabric bring personality to the space, while helping tie together the kitchen, office, mudroom and half bath.

In fact, the Schumacher throw pillows are the same fabric as the bench in the mud room.

The result is a space that feels both special and completely at home.

Some spaces are simply made for lingering.

The Lincoln dining nook is bright, beautiful and cozy, with custom Roman shades that add personality to the space.

The Merida-Agave fabric from the Barbara Barry collection for Kravet Couture was selected to connect the dining nook with the kitchen, office, mudroom and half bath.

The Schumacher throw pillows are the same fabric as the bench in the mud room, working to tie those spaces together.

And refinishing the windows, new trim and a fresh coat of paint made such an impact, bring the entire room back to life.

One thoughtful design choice after another can help an entire home feel more elevated and cohesive.
