I think this is my new favorite cheesecake creation.
Cheesecake with baked apple and homemade caramel sauce (made from scratch with homemade brown sugar)🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Too good not to share! This is my pretzel sourdough bread. It goes through the same process as my pretzels and the results are amazing. My next baking day is October 17th! 🥨🍞

Who's ready for some fall baking?

I’m planning another baking day for Monday, Oct. 5th.
I’ll be making traditional German apple cake (available by the slice or as a whole cake), and I’m taking orders for sourdough pretzel bread (new) and apple pockets.

It was a pleasure to prepare this cake for our good friends. ❤️
This is a chocolate fudge cake, which consists of two layers of chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate cream cheese filling and topping.

It has been a bit quiet here, but I assure you that things are progressing!
Next week, we will be posting a new baking schedule.
Regarding the upcoming fair, I unfortunately missed the deadline for entering my cheesecake; however, we will still be present at the fair.
Please consider visiting the 1 Horse at a Time Drafthorse Rescue in Corvallis! They will have a stand at the fair where you can purchase our pretzels, learn all about the rescue and drafthorses, and support a wonderful cause.
