🌸 Keep Your Linden Blooms Fresh! 🌸

Follow these simple steps to ensure your fresh-cut flowers stay vibrant and beautiful for as long as possible:

🌻Prep the Vase: Start with a perfectly clean vase. Bacteria is the biggest enemy of cut flowers, so give it a good scrub with soap and hot water before filling it with fresh, cool water.

🌻The Snip: Before placing your flowers in the vase, trim about 1/2 inch off the bottom of each stem at a sharp 45-degree angle. This allows the flowers to drink water efficiently.

🌻Remove Foliage: Make sure no leaves are sitting below the water line. Leaves left in water will rot and create bacteria that shorten your bouquet's life.

🌻Location Matters: Keep your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heating vents, or ripening fruit (which releases ethylene gas that causes flowers to wilt prematurely).

🌻Daily Refresh: For maximum longevity, change the water every 1–2 days and give the stems a fresh trim each time.

From our garden to your home—
Welcome to Linden Blooms! 🌸

Hi everyone! I’m Casey, and I am so excited to officially introduce you to Linden Blooms, our cut-flower farm right here in Linden, North Carolina.

I’ve always loved gardening, but this year, I decided to turn that passion into something I could share with all of you. My goal is simple: to bring a little bit of joy and natural beauty into your homes with the freshest, most vibrant blooms possible.

I couldn’t have done this without my husband, Gene. From building the raised beds and fence to helping out with the daily labor that keeps everything running, he has been an incredible partner in getting this dream off the ground. Linden Blooms is truly a labor of love for both of us, and we are so proud to share it with our neighbors.

Why Linden Blooms?
When you grab a bouquet from our porch, you aren’t just getting flowers—you’re getting a product that was grown with love and care right in your own backyard. Everything we grow is handled using organic, sustainable practices. We focus on soil health, using natural fertilizers like worm castings and rabbit manure, and we rely on beneficial insects rather than harsh chemicals to keep our garden healthy.

Whether it’s the show-stopping dahlias or our favorite zinnias, these flowers are harvested at their peak to ensure they last as long as possible for you to enjoy.

How you can enjoy our flowers:
We currently run a "porch pickup" model at our home, which makes it easy for you to swing by and grab a fresh, pre-made bouquet whenever you need a pick-me-up or a gift for someone special.
