For a long time I’ve felt like a failure in relationships with friends and fa, especially with my kids. In relationships I don’t understand because I am a good person. But I now think my lack of setting healthy boundaries plays a huge part. So I’m trying to build my self respect as I feel that will help me greatly. My biggest regret is not being a stronger parent, seeing my children hurt, and struggling because of it. But I can’t change my past and can only move forward, and learn from it. I just hope they all know I love them

Time to break out the grill🎆🎇my brother will come over later and we’re just gonna chill. I really need a good day. Been feeling pretty low on a lot of things. But I’m taking a stand on getting myself healthier physically and emotionally

How does one get past feeling like they’ve failed their children? I’m trying to look forward, to do better, but I can’t turn the Mom off, can’t just sit back and watch things fall apart without trying to share my opinion on what needs done. Honestly just want to help. Like do what you need to do because if you put it off it will bite you in the you know what.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life , but I want to change I want to do better. But it will take time to unlearn these patterns I keep repeating.
