We wanted to take a moment to address the many comments on our announcement yesterday. First, thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past three yearsâwhether youâve shopped with us once, weekly, or have simply cheered us on from afar. Your support and kindness truly matters, and this next chapter wouldnât be possible without you. Thank you for your kind messages of support-you make this business fun!
As we shared earlier, weâre transitioning to a smaller space and shifting our focus toward online sales, with special in-store shopping dates and events. This change allows us to serve our customers more efficiently, offer more of what excites us, and create a better experience overall for our family and our company. Weâre very excited for whatâs ahead!
Nowâbecause transparency is importantâweâll also say this: weâre aware that not everyone embraces change with open arms. And to those taking a few extra minutes out of their day to express their disappointment (or⌠creative word choices), we appreciate the passion. Truly. Itâs always impressive how strongly some people can feel about a business they may or may not have set foot in. đ
At the end of the day, weâre committed to moving forward thoughtfully, sustainably, and with the same heart weâve always had. We hope youâll continue this journey with us, and we canât wait to share all the new things weâve been working on.
