Mama Hollie served up some Beef tips, potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and gravy over a bed of homemade bread for supper last night.

Dinner is served! Mama Hollie made 2 more loaves of bread today. I browned and seasoned some ground beef and pork together and when it was done I added salt, pepper and ap flour to it. Once I got the flour mixed in with the beef and pork, I added milk to it to make a gravy. I sliced some of the bread and buttered it and put it in the oven to toast. This is what it looks like plated.
