BIG DAY at our project yesterday. This charming cottage was torn down to make room for our clients dream home. A place where family and friends will gather, make memories, and enjoy the shores of Lake Michigan in the sweetest little town.

Our clients kept saying the word “timeless”. So, we have started the design process being very intentional about using timeless materials, and overall soft pallet, and focusing on architectural details that will make this home extra special.

I am so excited to walk alongside this sweet family and we build their dream home!

My sweet clients and I have poured over every sq inch of this home since last Fall and we were so grateful to create the home they have been dreaming of for years. We drew all the custom cabinetry and furnished the interior and exterior. There are so many very special details here.

We’re taking every opportunity to celebrate this build journey.

We started designing this home in November and have thoughtfully poured over every detail along the way. Now, with the foundation poured and framing underway, the countdown is officially on to watch this beautiful home come to life for our sweet clients.

One of my favorite parts of the design process was learning that our client is an absolute baking QUEEN. 👑🍪 With nine KitchenAid mixers and all hands on deck during the Christmas baking season, we knew the kitchen needed to work just as hard as she does.

We made sure to incorporate extra-large cookie sheet storage, dedicated space for all nine mixers, and plenty of room to make holiday baking memories for years to come.

A tired old hotel-turned-cannabis shop is getting a major glow-up and becoming a beautiful new destination for antique lovers. Soon, this historic space will be filled with our client’s curated collection of French and European antiques, one-of-a-kind treasures, pottery, china, and so much more.

We can’t wait to share what’s in store. Project Heirloom has a grand opening date of May 2027 💕
