Say hello to Hailey, the newest member of the Enza design team!

Hailey is finishing her Interior Design degree at Kendall College of Art and Design, where she’s loved exploring both residential and commercial projects and honing her creative problem-solving skills. She’ll graduate in December 2026 and is already making her mark in the design world.

Before joining Enza, Hailey worked at The Lighting Corner—her favorite part of the job was collaborating with clients and finding solutions that made their spaces shine (literally). That same passion for people and problem-solving now carries over into her work at Enza Design Studio, where she’s excited to master SketchUp, dive deeper into material selections, and grow her hands-on experience with clients.

Outside of design, Hailey is in full wedding-planning mode and getting married this spring! When she’s not sourcing samples or perfecting renderings, you can find her petting a pup, planning her big day, or dreaming up new ways to make a space feel both beautiful and lived-in.

Time for a reintroduction! Hi, I’m Julia — the creative force behind Enza Design Studio!

I am an intriguing mix of left and right-brained, creating a technically focused interior design firm owner. I pride myself on creating beautiful spaces tailored to their unique users, backed by technical specifications and drawings that go hand in hand with the best builders, contractors, and vendors in West Michigan.

When I am not working in the studio, catch me at Simpatico (southside) or Kin, sipping a vanilla latte with brown sugar ☕️

It’s been a busy (and beautiful) year — both at home and at the studio. Our little guy just turned ONE 🎉 His F1-themed birthday party was perfectly fitting as he’s officially walking… or more like running like a drunk man. Six teeth, the most contagious laugh, and keeping us on our toes in the best way.
