To keep us organized during the week and to have some type of control over the carbs that we eat, my daughter and I brainstorm/plan what she is having for lunch for the week. This week it's...
Monday - Mac and cheese, steamed broccoli and BBQ chicken
Tuesday - breakfast for lunch (vanilla waffles, scrambled eggs and sausages)
Wednesday - cheddar and bean burritos
Thursday - organic grass fed hamburgers with cheese on a flourless bun topped with veggies
Friday - seasoned fries(I season them) corn on the cob smoother in butter/garlic/smoked paprika and chicken.
They are all quick and easy.

Good morning. This is breakfast. Brown rice with spinach and salt fish with some avocado (sadly it was not the best avocado so most went to the trash) and a small side of caesar salad not pictured.
