Tried my hand for the VERY FIRST TIME at homemade DONUTS!!!! When the littles get cut off from the actual donut consumption… 🤣 they go to the glazed drip pan! Next best thing right! 🤷‍♀️

The last order of Cookie kits got finished up tonight and go out tomorrow! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who ordered one! I absolutely loved making these for your littles and families and I hope you enjoyed them just as much! Make sweet memories every chance you get!

I’ve had so much fun putting these cookie kits together the last few weeks!! They’ve made some messy counters, sticky fingers, and big smiles.

Unfortunately, this is the final week to order Valentine’s Day cookie kits!

If you’re interested and need a Valentines for your littles, or even for yourself… orders go out Feb. 13th!

I am the gatekeeper of nothing, Ever! If I know, you know… if you love my cookies… here’s my recipe:

- 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup salted butter- softened to room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional but takes it to the next level of flavor flav!)

I whip the butter, sugar first… then slowly add everything else and the flour is last.

I split the dough in half and sprinkle some flour out on parchment paper and roll each section to 1/4” thickness. I then sprinkle some flour on top of the rolled out dough. I do this for each piece then stack them on top of one another and add a piece of parchment paper on top. I then put them in the fridge for 2-4 hrs. The flour helps the parchment paper separate from the dough when it time to cut out your peices.

Once they’re done chilling, and cut out, i bake them at 350 for 9-11 minutes depending on the size of the cookies. Bigger cookies may take a little longer while smaller ones may only take 7 minutes, just depends. For best results, keep the cookies the same or consistent in size so the can bake evenly together!
