Some goodbyes are definitely harder than others.

After more than three wonderful years as part of the Morphe Home Staging & Design family, we’re saying a very bittersweet goodbye to Rachel as she embarks on an exciting new chapter in Australia!

Over the years, Rachel has been by our side through countless staging installs, de-stages, warehouse days, design projects, busy seasons, long (and VERY sweaty!) days, plenty of laughs, and all the little behind-the-scenes moments that have helped shape Morphe into what it is today.

What makes this goodbye especially meaningful to me is that Rachel has been part of Morphe’s growth from its early days. After spending so much time building this business as a one-woman show, Rachel became my second assistant and ultimately my longest-standing one. She stuck by my side through the growing pains, the challenges, the changes, and all the exciting milestones along the way. She’s witnessed firsthand how far Morphe has come, and more importantly, she’s played a meaningful role in helping me build it into the business it is today. Having someone believe in what you’re building, work alongside you through the ups and downs, and remain dedicated to that vision for more than three years is something I will never take for granted.

When someone works alongside you for that long, they become so much more than just an assistant. They become part of the family. Rachel has been such an important part of Morphe, and I’m incredibly grateful for the dedication, hard work, loyalty, and heart she has poured into our business over the years.

While we couldn’t be more excited for the adventure that awaits her, saying goodbye certainly isn’t easy. She will be missed more than she knows, not just as a valued member of our team, but as someone who has become such a special part of our lives. Things simply won’t be the same around here without her!

Rachel, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything. Thank you for showing up, working hard, rolling with the chaos, sharing in the laughs, believing in me and my vision, and being part of so many memories along the way. You haven’t just watched Morphe grow; you’ve helped make that growth possible, and that will always mean so much to me.

As much as we hate to see you go, we’re so excited to see where this next chapter takes you. We’re cheering you on every step of the way, and no matter how many miles separate us, you’ll always have a place in the Morphe family.

Here’s to new adventures, unforgettable memories, and all the wonderful things ahead. Australia is lucky to have you! 🇦🇺🥂
