Well I got there in the end - with only a few days kissed along the way. 100 days of carving a block print - often something I’d seen that day a flower, a newt or a moth, and sometimes just playing with pattern and seeing where it would take me.
The blocks are just 1.5” square - small enough to do one a day and large enough to have fun with composition and negative space.
I highly recommend if you’ve been thinking about it. My final@block is a quote from James McNeil Whistler - “no day without a line’” - so I am trying to stick with it.
