The wood accent wall adds natural texture and warmth that tempers the heat of the fuschia velvet sofa. It’s the combo that pulls me in! The pattern on the wall is strong enough to partner with the brightly colored sofa, and together, they set each other off. 👌✨

Black-framed windows against a creamy white color palette. Lots of gorgeous natural light. The modern banquette! Clean lines and quality finishes. And my fave detail, the exposed wood beam above the breakfast area, in a gorgeous soft taupe finish 💕

Black windows are so striking and & modern! They’re a gorgeously crisp contrast to this light and bright kitchen.

I love how these windows open, for fresh breezes and clearing out cooking smells.

What do you think about lamps on the kitchen counter? I love the light they’ll give at night, making an otherwise modern kitchen a little cozier.

I love the pretty sconces flanking this kitchen window! The soft glow of light from the sconces paired with under-cabinet lighting is so warm and inviting.
Paired with the lighting, the neutral window shade adds softness and elegance that really draws me in. I’d love to cook dinner here, or gather with friends and have wine.

And yes you CAN live with velvet! The fabric gods have invented gorgeous, soft velvets that have better pricing and more durability than silk fabrics. It’s that velvet that makes the room *wow*.

I’m swooning over the rich deep blue walls in this bathroom. Crisp white fixtures, a white ceiling, and white trim with a light floor pop against the walls. The large mirror and a bit of natural light keeps the look light and fresh, forever a classic.
The deep hue makes the space feel rich & lavish. I would love to get ready for my day and wind down at night here 👸👌

Put an end to mis-matched, faded, stained, stretched out sheets! Buy *new* fluffy pillows!! (It shocks me how many people live with old, flat, stained pillows...)
