🎀🩷 TODAY, WE WEAR PINK. TODAY, WE BELIEVE. 🩷🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and today I’m wearing pink from head to toe, including some of my beautiful crystals and a hoodie with one simple, powerful word: BELIEVE.

But today isn’t about jewelry, crystals, or anything we sell.

Today is about PEOPLE.

It’s about the people we’ve loved and lost to cancer. The people who are fighting for their lives right now. The survivors who carry the memories of their battles every single day. And those who may someday hear words that will change their lives forever.

I’ve experienced the heartbreak of losing people to cancer. I know people who are fighting this very moment. And I know that behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, a story, and a thousand emotions that words can never fully describe.

So today, I’m wearing my pink crystals with intention. Not because I believe a crystal can cure cancer, but because they are personal symbols of love, compassion, courage, hope, and strength.

🩷 For those we’ve lost, we remember you.

🩷 For those fighting, we stand beside you.

🩷 For the survivors, we celebrate you.

🩷 For the caregivers and families, we see you.

🩷 And for those facing an uncertain tomorrow, may you never feel that you’re walking this road alone.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is also a reminder to take care of ourselves. Know your body, pay attention to changes, talk with your healthcare provider about appropriate screenings, and encourage the people you love to do the same. Early detection can save lives.

At Lolli and Pops Crystals, we call ourselves the Love and Light Store, and today I want those words to mean something beyond our business.

We’re not here to sell you something today. We’re here to remind you that kindness matters, support matters, friendship matters, and sometimes simply reaching out to someone who’s struggling can make an extraordinary difference.

BELIEVE in hope. BELIEVE in love. BELIEVE in the power of standing together.

And above all, remember that no one should have to fight alone.

🚨🔥 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! PLEASE READ AND SHARE! 🔥🚨

Well, THIS wasn’t on my bingo card today! 😳

I’m sitting in my office, minding my own business, when I suddenly smell something burning.

Naturally, I start investigating. Is it the heater under my desk? Something electrical? WHAT IS THAT SMELL?!

LO AND BEHOLD… MY PHONE CHARGER WAS SMOKING! 😱🔥

AND HERE’S THE SCARY PART… THIS IS A BRAND-NEW CHARGING CABLE!

Not an old, worn-out cord. Not something I’ve been using for years. A NEW ONE!

Take a good look at the picture. The insulation actually MELTED, exposing the wires underneath, right near the connection to my phone!

I was sitting right there when it happened. What if I’d stepped away? What if this had happened overnight while everyone was sleeping?

We tend to assume that because something is new, it’s safe. Clearly, that’s not always the case!

⚠️ Inspect ALL charging cables, even brand-new ones.

⚠️ Pay attention to unusual heat, discoloration, burning smells, or damaged insulation.

⚠️ Never continue using a cable that shows signs of overheating.

⚠️ Purchase chargers and cables from reputable manufacturers and check for appropriate safety certifications.

⚠️ Avoid charging phones on beds, couches, or near anything flammable.

⚠️ If you smell burning plastic, investigate immediately and disconnect the power if it’s safe.

I’m extremely thankful I was sitting there and noticed the smell before things got worse.

PLEASE DON’T ASSUME NEW MEANS SAFE!

Take a moment to check your chargers, your children’s chargers, and the ones plugged in around your home and office.

Sometimes it’s the everyday things we never think twice about that deserve the most attention.

💎 CRYSTALS OF THE DAY — INTENTION IN MOTION 💎

Today’s stack is a perfect example of something we talked about yesterday: LISTEN TO YOUR CRYSTALS.

I don’t choose what I wear just because the colors match. After I meditate, pray and think about my day, I see what calls to me. Sometimes that even means moving a crystal from one side of my body to the other.

Yesterday I wore my Rose Quartz, Pink Calcite & Fire Pink Azeztulite combination on my LEFT hand.

Today? They wanted the RIGHT. 😂 So I moved them!

In crystal traditions, the LEFT side is often associated with RECEIVING energy, while the RIGHT is associated with PROJECTING, GIVING and putting that energy out into the world.

Yesterday may have been about receiving that soft, loving, heart-centered energy.

Today feels more like: DO SOMETHING WITH IT. 💗🔥

💗 RIGHT HAND — LOVE INTO ACTION

Rose Quartz — unconditional love, compassion, emotional healing and gentleness with ourselves and others.

Pink Calcite — soothing emotional energy, forgiveness, tenderness and releasing old emotional patterns.

Fire Pink Azeztulite — associated in metaphysical traditions with high-vibration spiritual energy, expanded awareness and spiritual connection. Paired with these softer pink stones, I think of this combination as HEART ENERGY WITH A LITTLE FIRE BEHIND IT. 🔥💗

🌈 LEFT HAND — APPARENTLY I NEEDED ALL THE THINGS TODAY 😂

Clear Quartz — clarity, focus and intention. I especially love Clear Quartz in a mixed stack because it is traditionally considered an amplifier of the intentions and energies of the stones around it.

Moss and Opal — grounding, emotional balance, connection to nature and gentle renewal.

Ocean Jasper — patience, emotional balance, optimism and learning to ride the waves instead of fighting every one of them.

Ruby — vitality, courage, passion and motivation. A little FIRE mixed into all that calming energy.

Blue Lace Agate — peaceful communication, calming energy and finding the right words without losing your voice.

Apatite — motivation, clarity, self-expression and moving forward when you’ve been feeling stuck.

More Clear Quartz — because apparently ONE amplifier wasn't enough today. 😂

Tourmaline — grounding, protection and helping us feel anchored when there is a whole lot happening around us.

📿 AND THE NECKLACE…

Today I’m wearing my Chakra necklace with Malachite right over my heart.

The chakra stones represent balance throughout the energy centers, while Malachite is traditionally considered a powerful stone of TRANSFORMATION, emotional growth and heart-centered change.

Malachite gives me that: “We aren’t just recognizing what needs to change anymore — WE’RE ACTUALLY CHANGING IT.” energy.

And THAT is why I keep saying…

WEAR YOUR CRYSTALS WITH INTENTION. 💎

You don’t need twenty bracelets.
You don’t need to memorize every crystal property.
You don’t need to wear what somebody else tells you that you “should” wear.

Start with what YOU have.

Hold your crystals for a moment in the morning.

Think about your day.

Think about what you need.

SET YOUR INTENTION.

Give that crystal a job.

And if tomorrow you put it on your left wrist and five minutes later your whole body says, “NOPE — OTHER SIDE!”…

💎 WHAT ARE YOU WEARING TODAY? 💎
WEAR YOUR CRYSTALS WITH INTENTION

Today’s episode is a little different because I want to explain WHY I wear what I wear.

Every morning, after I meditate, pray and think about the day ahead of me, I go to my jewelry.

I don’t necessarily choose what matches my clothes.

I choose what calls to me.

I look at my crystals and pay attention to what I’m drawn to that morning. Sometimes I’ll put something on and immediately take it back off because something about it just doesn’t feel right for that day.

That may sound strange to some people, but this is how I have worked with crystals for years.

From the moment a crystal becomes mine, I give it an intention.

I joke that my crystals are a little like pets. 😂 They each have their own job, their own purpose and their own relationship with me. I cleanse them, care for them, work with them and associate them with very specific intentions.

And THAT is what I want more of us to start doing.

Don’t just wear crystals because they’re pretty.

Wear them with PURPOSE.

Before you put one on, ask yourself:

What do I need today?

Protection?
Grounding?
Confidence?
Love?
Peace?
Clarity?
Strength?
Manifestation?
Emotional balance?

Then choose accordingly.

💗 MY LEFT HAND TODAY 💗

For me, today’s left side is about receiving: love, healing, higher vibration and emotional energy.

🌸 PINK CALCITE — and this baby is SICK under UV!

Metaphysically, pink calcite is associated with compassion, emotional healing, forgiveness, self-love and releasing old emotional patterns. It’s beautiful energy when your intention is to soften without becoming weak.

In crystal-healing traditions, pink calcite is also used for relaxation, emotional soothing and stress support. These are traditional wellness associations, not substitutes for medical treatment.

🤍 AZEZTULITE

This one is all about HIGH vibration. Azeztulite is associated with spiritual awakening, expanded awareness, meditation, intuition and connection to higher consciousness. I think of this as one of my “turn the volume up” stones.

🌹 TRIBUTE PINK ROSE QUARTZ

Love. Compassion. Emotional healing. Self-worth. Forgiveness.

Rose quartz is probably one of the most recognized heart-centered crystals, but I think people underestimate it because it’s so common. I don’t just use rose quartz for romantic love. I use it for the much harder kind sometimes — loving yourself, protecting your heart without closing it and learning to receive love.

💍 HYPERSTHENE + CLEAR QUARTZ THUMB RING

Hypersthene is traditionally associated with protection, intuition, discernment, confidence and GOOD LUCK.

You may even hear stories in crystal circles about hypersthene being considered such a lucky stone that casinos supposedly don’t want it around. 😂 I treat that as crystal lore rather than a proven casino policy — but you KNOW I’m still wearing mine!

Mine is paired with CLEAR QUARTZ, which makes this combination especially interesting because clear quartz is considered an amplifier. My intention with this pairing is basically: take the energy I assigned to this ring and TURN IT UP.

💎 DIAMOND RING

And, of course, my diamond ring.

Beyond what it means personally, diamond is associated metaphysically with strength, clarity, endurance, abundance and amplification.

🤍 AROUND MY NECK: SELENITE

I LOVE this necklace.

Selenite is associated with cleansing, energetic purification, clarity, peace and higher consciousness. It is one of my favorite crystals for clearing stagnant energy, and many people use selenite to cleanse other crystals.

So while she may look like a sweet little strand of pearls...

🖤 RAW BLACK TOURMALINE

One of my absolute protection staples.

Black tourmaline is associated with grounding, energetic protection, boundaries and absorbing or deflecting unwanted energy. In crystal wellness traditions, people often work with it when stress or an environment feels overwhelming.

🖤 GOLD OBSIDIAN

Protection with a mirror.

Gold sheen obsidian is associated with revealing hidden truths, self-reflection, personal power, grounding and helping us recognize patterns we may need to change.

Sometimes protection isn’t hiding from something.

Sometimes protection is finally SEEING it.

🌌 BLACK GOLD SUPER 7

This is one of those pieces I reach for when I want a lot happening energetically. Super 7 is traditionally associated with spiritual development, intuition, energetic alignment and transformation.

For me, paired with all this grounding material, it brings the higher-vibration work back into the mix without leaving me floating somewhere near the ceiling. 😂

🔥 PETROLEUM QUARTZ

Now THIS is a fun one.

Petroleum quartz is quartz containing natural hydrocarbon inclusions, and some specimens fluoresce beautifully under UV.

Metaphysically, collectors associate it with transformation, manifestation, creativity, motivation and clearing energetic blocks.

And because it is quartz, I also work with it as an amplifier for whatever intention I’ve assigned it.

🧿 OJO + BLACK LACE AGATE

Protection on protection.

The Ojo/Evil Eye is traditionally worn as a protective symbol against harmful intention or the “evil eye.”

Black lace agate brings grounding, stability, composure and emotional balance into that intention.

This combination says:

I’m grounded.
I’m protected.
And whatever you brought with you can stay with YOU. 😂

💜 AMETHYST RING

Amethyst is associated with intuition, spiritual awareness, calm, clarity and protection. It has traditionally been used in crystal practices for relaxation, meditation and supporting restful energy.

And look at what happened when I put the entire combination together...
