🚨 Urgent Support Needed for the ReStore Truck 🚨 Our lift gate is currently out of commission, and we need to raise an additional $6,000 to cover the necessary repairs. Without this essential equipment, we are unable to collect donations and stock our store.

Please consider making a donation today to ensure the continued operation of the ReStore and our mission to build more homes. 💰 [link: https://columbiacountyhabitat.charityproud.org/Donate/Index/45005] or call (518) 828-0892. We appreciate your support of Columbia Greene Habitat for Humanity. 🙏

A lot of people don't see themselves as a Habitat homebuyer. Did you know a family of 4 making $90,000 in our community could qualify?

Habitat's program isn’t a giveaway, it’s a foot in the door to a real estate market that has kept too many hard-working families out.

We have homes for sale right now. Learn more about who qualifies and how the program works. https://buff.ly/xmTuRB9

This time of year, a lot of us think about new backpacks, new teachers, first-day nerves.

But for children whose families can't afford to stay in their home or get kicked out by landlords jacking up rent, back to school means something else. A new school. New classmates. Anxiety about being the new kid.

The emotional work of rebuilding when you'd rather just be a kid and focus on learning.

Stable housing changes that. That's what we build. https://buff.ly/uJI9vl0

Outfitting a dorm room? Skip the big-box store where everyone else is shopping.

The Hudson ReStore is stocked with decor at prices that leave room in the budget for actual textbooks.

The only thing better than the prices is that every purchase supports our mission to build affordable homes with local families. It's a win-win!

Shop online and pick up in-store. Or come on in at 3521 US-9., Hudson and see what else we've got.

We're open Tuesday through Saturday. Come see what's in store. https://buff.ly/1TnjAtL

That journey can start with you.

When you donate your vehicle, it helps build affordable housing for families right here in your community. A simple step can turn past road trips into new beginnings—and that’s a journey worth taking.

Children in stable housing are 25% less likely to miss school.

But the number that doesn't get measured is focus. The ability to sit down at a desk and actually be present — not carrying the weight of an uncertain home.

Stable housing gives children that. And it shows up everywhere.

Help us keep building it. https://buff.ly/o16yxbR

A lot of people don’t see themselves as a Habitat homebuyer. You might want to take another look.

It might surprise you to know that depending on household size, families earning roughly $39,500 to $119,000 can qualify.

Habitat's homeownership program is designed for working families that may be locked out of the traditional housing market. Many of our buyers are nurses, police, teachers, and first responders.

If you live or work in Columbia or Greene Counties and feel like homeownership is out of reach, it's worth a conversation. We have homes for sale right now.

One side down, three to go on our model home.

Rep. Josh Riley visited our model home recently to learn more about the big plans we have in store. He has been a steady voice for affordable housing in our region and we appreciate his work to bring affordability to our community.

We recently met with Congressman Riley, Columbia Land Conservancy and Trillium Land Trust to talk through the future of the Bell's Pond Community Project.

Thank you, Congressman Riley, for all of your support. We are grateful to have a legislator who keeps showing up for this work.

Here's what actually hurts property values: vacant lots, neglected buildings, and homes in disrepair.

Affordable quality homes owned by families who are invested in their neighborhood do the opposite.

They strengthen communities. The data backs it up.
