For a while now, I’ve had so many people encouraging me not to stop, to keep going, and to continue taking orders. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has loved and supported what I’ve created over the years.
But I’ve realized something along the way. I still love sewing. I still love embroidering. I still love creating. I just don’t want to do it as a business anymore.
With that being said, I’ve made the decision to officially stop accepting orders through MadiLu Craft Co.
That doesn’t mean I’m putting away my machines or giving up something I love. It just means I’m taking away the pressure, deadlines, and expectations that have come with turning a hobby into a business. I want to get back to creating simply because I enjoy it. Because I have an idea, because something inspires me, or because I just feel like sitting down at my machine and making something.
MadiLu has been such a meaningful chapter of my life, and I’m so thankful for every person who has ordered from me, shared my work, recommended me to someone, or supported me along the way.
I’ll still be here, and I plan to continue sharing the projects I’m working on and the things I make just for fun. So, if you enjoy seeing what I create, I’d love for you to stick around.
I’m not giving up sewing or embroidery. I’m just ready to get back to doing it for the love of it. 🤍
