Tuesday-Friday | 10am-5pm
Saturday | 10am-3pm design|theory is a home staging and interiors company established by two Interior Designers, Faeh Reese and Jamie Stockton. They joined their talents to help homeowners, builders, and Realtors through a variety of services that accentuates a home’s best features. Home staging is the smartest investment that can be made when putting a property on the market. Research has shown that staged homes sell 50% faster and with a sales price of 6.9% higher than similar non-staged homes. Buyers often have a hard time visualizing the potential of a home without any furnishings or decor. For vacant properties, design|theory can furnish an entire home or just a few key areas depending on the budget of the seller. For occupied homes, they offer consultations and services for de-cluttering and rearranging the homeowner’s existing furniture and belongings. They will develop a polished look that allows buyers to envision the home as their own. Homeowners looking to make the most of their current home can benefit from the Interior Design services offered by design|theory. The designers create functional, elegant spaces specifically tailored to their client’s needs; while staying budget conscious. They are able to capture a client’s style and personality and reflect these attributes in their designs. The Interior Designers of design|theory will bring out the best in your home, no matter what level of staging or design is needed.
