This custom order was just too sweet not to share! 🧡

A big hand-painted pumpkin for Nana & G-Paw, with a little pumpkin for each of their favorite pumpkins in the patch.🥰 ***Thank you, Stacey, for your order and this great idea!!***

—Grandmas, Nanas, Mimis, Gigis, Grannies & Mamaws, etc — who would be in YOUR pumpkin patch?🎃🎃🎃

I have time for just a few custom Pumpkin Patch door hangers this Fall … personalized with your grandparent name(s) and your own little pumpkins.

Each one is cut, hand-painted and made just for your family — so no two will be exactly alike.

And I have a feeling these would make a pretty sweet grandparent gifts too - perfect for now thru Thanksgiving. 😉

Message **Chicken Farm Charm** to claim some pumpkins and I’ll get to cutting and painting! 🐓🧡

Love,
Lolli & Pops
(who also need one too!!)

**P.S. The little “grand-pumpkins” attach with Velcro, so your pumpkin patch can keep growing right along with your family! 🧡**

A little fall personality for your yard! 🎃👻🐈‍⬛

My new hand-painted Fall & Halloween Yard Stakes are finished! I think the stakes are almost as cute as their toppers! These are original Chicken Farm Charm designs and very unique. 🎨 👩🏻‍🎨 Each one is individually cut, painted by hand, and sealed for outdoor use — so no two are quite exactly alike.

Tuck one into a flower bed, beside the porch, along a walkway or anywhere that needs a little fall fun. 🍂 Or even hide that dying mum someone forgot to water.
