Our build is progressing! Plumbing rough in's are done, electrical u is underway, radiant in floor heating is half done and we just got exhaust fans installed in the bathrooms. It's a long hard haul but will be worth it in the end! 🥰

I just love the minimalism of this custom Quonset home which has been in development for almost two years now (through several stops and starts). Sometimes art takes awhile to blossom but I hope this home will speak volumes to the owners. They wanted a Japanese influenced design, commercial-style home kitchen plus an outdoor kitchen space, two home offices and a universally accessible master suite. It's a lot to pack into a small footprint but I think we pulled it off perfectly. Looking forward to seeing them breaking ground this spring! 💖💖💖

Several people have asked lately about updates on our house project. It's coming along slowly but surely, we are doing more of the work ourselves now that the "big" stuff is done. We hope to be before next summer. ♥️🥰
