🛁 Shower Re-Caulk Done Right

Just finished refreshing this walk-in shower and sealing everything up properly.

Old caulk was removed from:
• Shower pan (interior perimeter)
• Exterior tile-to-pan transition
• Glass enclosure base
• Shower bench area

Then everything was thoroughly cleaned and prepped before new material went in. That prep work is what makes the difference long term.

- Clear 100% silicone installed around the glass

- Color-matched grout caulk applied at the bench for a seamless blend

- Fresh white silicone along the pan for a clean, watertight finish

No shortcuts. No smearing over old material. Everything removed, cleaned, and installed correctly.

The result is a tight seal, clean lines, and protection against future moisture damage.

Another clean, detailed interior project completed by Loch Haven Properties.

Project included:

- Full repaint of first-floor hallway walls, ceilings, and doors

- Bedroom level hallway walls & ceilings repainted

- Repaint of all bedroom doors, bathroom doors, and closet doors

- Master bedroom walls, ceiling, trim, closet doors, and bathroom door repainted

- Detailed drywall patching and repairs throughout

- Trim painting for a clean, sharp finish

This was a full refresh of the most visible areas of the home. Hallways, stairwells, trim, doors take a lot of wear. When they’re done right, the entire house feels brighter and cleaner.

Out with the old, in with sleek functionality! We replaced a bulky overhead microwave with a Sweet Zline Satin Stainless Steel Convertible Vent Wall Range Hood bringing both style and performance to this kitchen.

This project included:
- Removing the existing microwave and upper
cabinet
- Drywall patch and repair
- Electrical outlet relocation
- Installing 6” ridged venting
- Fresh paint and trim work

🏡 20+ Year Old Fence & Bay Window Restoration! 🛠️

We recently tackled a full refresh of a classic picket fence and bay windows in Ijamsville! Here’s what we did:

✅ Completely rebuilt front & rear gates with brand new hardware
✅ Replaced rotted & damaged pickets with fresh cedar
✅ Repaired and replaced several fence rails for added strength
✅ Addressed rot around bay windows, filled, and repainted to match the original color
🎨 Full fence and gate painting scheduled for early fall!

Another proud project by Loch Haven Properties, bringing life back to beautiful homes in Frederick County! The entire fence and gates will be painted in early fall. #
