Sooooo...remember my post about wanting to know how many miles were on my trusty rolling pin? Well, as it turns out, handled rolling pins aren't designed to roll as many croissants as I do and it broke. My new rolling pin is a French rolling pin, no handles to break. I should have known a French rolling pin would be a wise idea, after all, they did invent croissants. 🥐

It's going to be so hot this weekend I don't even want to bake. But the show must go on!

Making good biscuits can be intimidating but these are foolproof! These butter dip biscuits start with putting the batter into melted butter. During baking the butter bubbles up through the dough and gives you a fluffy biscuit with crunchy, buttery edges. And they're super simple to make.
I'm thinking of adding these as a dry mix at the stand!
