Hello everyone! I am back with some exciting news! Here at Rooted in Jackson LLC, I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to get my next venture up and running. I am thrilled to announce that I will now be offering homemade baked goods in addition to flowers and produce!

In celebration of my grand opening, I am opening an online presale to support my good friend Danielle Ransom. She and her Relay for Life team, the Because It Matters Project, are participating in the Relay for Life walk today. The fight against cancer is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart, so I only saw it fitting to begin my baking journey to support an amazing person and her team. A portion of all sales made during my presale will be donated to Danielle and the Because It Matters Project. Please visit my site https://bakebug.com/b/rooted-in-jackson-llc to browse what is available. The presale will be open through August 5th, after which time I will begin baking and fulfilling orders. I have three porch pickup dates available, as well as a convenient pickup on Saturday, August 8th, from 10:00 am to noon at Target in Jackson, MI. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to me. I am happy to help 😊

If you wish to make donations directly to Danielle and the Because it Matters Project, please visit the link below. Thank you so so so much for your support, everyone! ❤️

Happy Thursday! Everything is growing so fast here at Rooted in Jackson! 🌱 We are still taking order requests for veggie starters, herbs, and annual flowers. Last day to order is April 19, 2026. Please get your orders in asap so they are ready to transplant outside when the weather warms up 😊 We mostly plant what is ordered by our customers, so we will not have a lot of extras for purchase after all orders have been fulfilled. We are a pre-order or “plant-to-order” business that grows exactly what our customers want. The order request form, along with our FAQs, can be found at the top of our page under the bio section. We will also include these at the bottom of our post. The FAQs page discusses a planting technique we use known as soil blocking, along with information about all of the plants we have available for purchase and pricing.

After April 19th, we will start gearing up to prepare our fields to start our spring and summer crops! We will have an array of fresh veggies, including tomatoes, peppers, onions, brussels sprouts, radishes, lettuce, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, green beans, and so much more! Our fresh-cut flowers will be ready before we know it as well! 💐

We have a lot of exciting things coming our way, so please follow along to stay up to date
Thank you!!!
