Would you serve your kids ice cream for breakfast?

We enjoy having "ice cream" for breakfast on occasion. Blend together 1 banana, 2 TBS of peanut butter, 2 TBS of plain (or vanilla) yogurt, and a bit of cream cheese. Add some milk or heavy cream as you blend until desired consistency. Place in the freezer (stirring occasionally) until frozen.

It can take a while to freeze, but it is easy to make ahead!

Enoch is learning how to make healthy food choices! He is doing really well picking out healthy food. Today he is making a healthy (playdo) lunch! He told me he's making eggs and peppers.

If you don't know, individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome have a life-long struggle to make healthy food choices and maintain a healthy weight. What might be seen as a helpful exercise for most preschoolers is vitally important for Enoch!
