We went back to our hometown last night for the Homecoming parade.
Wayne and other CCHS graduates/Veterans were the “Grand Marshals”.
It was nice of Heflin’s first United Methodist church to host the Veterans. Everything was set up so nice.
We love our hometown ♥️ Go tigers!
We love our #66
And our clarinet player!

Good Morning Friends! Take a look at this beautiful board. It’s made from curly maple, cherry and rosewood.
When we decided to start Sawdust life, we put a lot of thought into it. We didn’t want to offer cheap overpriced items. Every cutting board is made from high quality hardwood which will last through the years if you take care of them!
Go check out our Etsy page, reminder to locals, hit us up for information on pickup.

Posting these floating crosses again because they’re truly some of my favorite pieces to come out of the Saw Dust Life shop. The wood grain, the clean lines, the way the cross appears suspended — they’re everything we love about handcrafted work.
We’re down to only 2 left. These are $50 each.
If you’ve been waiting, now’s the time.
These make incredible gifts for Pastor Appreciation Day, Homecoming, or anyone who loves meaningful, handmade décor.
Message the page to claim yours.

We can also do customized pieces as well. If you want something a little more meaningful and specific, let me know! I’ll be happy to work with you on a special project.
