One important aspect of how our team operates that sets us apart from some of the other companies, is keeping the job site clean and organized. It let's our client know we care about their property and that we take pride in our work. It also makes finding parts and pieces easier which saves them time and money.

Here we are cleaning out an office building in preparation for them to clean the carpets, paint the walls and reconfigure their furniture to better suit their operations. We will then assess their needs and provide them with additional new furniture to coordinate with their existing furniture.

We have done a lot of these smaller additions to cover in or expand existing lanai's lately. In this case the home owner was having difficulty getting the Architectural Review Board to understand what he was trying to do with his Florida room addition that included a new pergola system so we did a rendering to help everyone visualize. This pergola system has electric louvers that open and close to allow sun light or provide a waterproof covered area. The frame that surrounds and supports the structure is one large hidden gutter & downspout system.
